Camden Braid is a woven jacquard trim in which acrylic and acetate fibres are worked into a tonal stripe that shifts gently from light to dark. The effect is subtle rather than declarative, the ombre reading as texture as much as colour.
Woven in China, it is four centimetres wide and composed chiefly of acrylic with acetate and a trace of polyester. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstery, and is available in six colourways.
