Cecil Chintz is a medium-scale floral chintz with painterly blooms and unusual colour combinations, the pattern reading with the clarity of a botanical illustration rather than a dense repeat. The cloth has a subtle lustre and a delicate hand that comes from the pure cotton base and the printing process.
Made in France from 100 per cent cotton, it is 136 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 51 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 41 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. The fabric suits cushions and upholstery, and is available in four colourways.
