Cecil Cotton Chintz is a glazed cotton plain, its polished surface catching and reflecting light with the clarity that only a true chintz finish can deliver. The glaze gives the cloth a subtle sheen and a crisp hand, and it layers cleanly with printed fabrics where a plain is needed to rest the eye.
Woven in France from pure cotton, it is 137 centimetres wide and printed in a wide palette of colourways. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and the glazed finish brings a considered formality to whichever application it is used for.
