Cecily Tape is an embroidered trim with a delicate lacework pattern stitched onto a linen ground. The embroidery has a folk or Scandinavian quality, intricate but not overly formal, and the natural linen base keeps it from feeling too precious or decorative. At ten centimetres wide it makes a substantial border.
Made in India, the tape is woven from linen and spun polyester. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstery, applied as edging or inset banding, and is offered in four colourways.
