Schumacher | Celena Sheer Embroidery

Celena Sheer Embroidery is a geometric chevron worked in cotton embroidery on a sheer ground, the stitched zigzag climbing the cloth in a gentle, rhythmic diagonal. The pattern has presence without weight, filtering light while holding its own against a window, and the modest scale keeps it from overwhelming smaller rooms or narrow casements.

Made in India, the cloth is 98 per cent cotton with 2 per cent viscose and measures 132 centimetres wide. The vertical repeat is 20 centimetres, the horizontal 8 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds and sheer layering where a little texture is wanted without blocking the view.
