Schumacher | Chamizal Embroidery

Chamizal Embroidery is an embroidered geometric pattern inspired by a traditional Navajo motif, adapted to a useable scale that retains a handmade character. The embroidery sits on a linen and cotton ground, the stitched lines creating texture and relief across the cloth. The design has a directness and warmth that comes from its craft origins, and the repeat—19 centimetres vertically, 72 horizontally—allows it to work across both upholstery and curtains without becoming repetitive.

Made in India from a blend of linen, cotton and spun polyester, it is 140 centimetres wide and suitable for curtains, blinds, cushions and light upholstery. Dry cleaning is recommended. The fabric is available in several colourways.
