Schumacher | Chesapeake

Chesapeake is a mid-scale chevron stripe composed of natural feathers, hand-gathered and applied panel by panel to create a wallcovering with iridescent shimmer and considerable texture. The feathers catch and reflect light differently across the surface, so the pattern shifts as you move around the room.

Made in Taiwan, each panel is 97 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 12 centimetres and a length of 3.0162 metres, sold by the panel. Vacuum only with a soft brush. It suits walls where a textural, light-reflective surface is wanted, particularly in rooms where the feathered finish can be appreciated at close range.
