Chevron Strié Velvet sets a small-scale zigzag into cut pile, the vertical strié—fine lines running the length of the cloth—adding a second layer of texture that catches light differently as the chevron changes direction. The pattern has clarity and punch despite its modest repeat, and the pile gives it a soft, tactile surface.
Woven in India from polyester and cotton, the velvet is 137 centimetres wide with a 6-centimetre vertical repeat and a 69-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits cushions and upholstery, and is available in seven colourways.
