Schumacher | Cocarde Espagnole

Cocarde Espagnole is a 1930 design that Paul Poiret created for Schumacher, a mid-scale floral of rosettes and leafy vines against a dappled ground. The pattern has a lightness and movement that sits comfortably between the decorative and the modern, and the linen ground gives it a natural, slightly textured surface.

Printed on pure linen in the United Kingdom, it is 139 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 34 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 69 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits cushions and upholstery.
