Schumacher | Coleridge

Coleridge prints a deconstructed tumbling-block pattern onto sisal, the geometry softened by the natural ground and by layers of monochromatic colour that give the design the appearance of woven cloth. The pattern has visual weight without hard edges, the repeat reading as texture as much as geometry.

Made in the United States, it is 81 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 15 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 10 centimetres. Sold by the metre, rolls are 7.312 metres long. It should be vacuumed only with a soft brush and suits walls where a woven character is wanted.
