Colette Linen/Silk Damask sets a traditional damask motif onto a gingham check ground, the two patterns woven together so that formality and domesticity meet in the same cloth. The damask reads clearly but without pomposity, and the check underneath keeps the design grounded and approachable, the silk in the blend adding a quiet sheen.
Woven in Italy from 75 per cent linen and 25 per cent silk, it is 130 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 69 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 65 centimetres. Suitable for curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is available in five colourways.
