Coronation Velvet sets a small-scale motif into a plush pile, the pattern repeating at close intervals so it reads almost as texture from a distance but reveals its detail up close. The silky surface works well alongside other fabrics and patterns without competing for attention.
Woven in India from viscose and cotton, the velvet is 140 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 34 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 23 centimetres. It is suitable for upholstery and cushions, and dry cleaning is recommended. The design is available in several colourways.
