Schumacher | Cross Hatch

Cross Hatch is a modern take on a basketweave, the pattern given graphic clarity through a woven structure that reads as both orderly and informal. The cloth has a noticeably soft hand despite its architectural appearance, the weave creating a tactile surface that invites touch.

Woven in Italy from 42 per cent linen, 38 per cent cotton and 20 per cent polyester, it is 141 centimetres wide with an 11 centimetre repeat both vertically and horizontally. Dry cleaning is recommended. The fabric suits cushions and upholstery, its blend of fibres offering both durability and a natural, approachable feel.
