Schumacher | Crosstown Weave

Crosstown Weave is a small-scale geometric with a chevron structure woven into the cloth, the zigzag reading as texture as much as pattern. The repeat is tight—just three centimetres in each direction—so it behaves almost like a textured plain, giving visual interest without insisting on itself. It has a quiet, all-over quality that works well in combination with stronger patterns or as a foil to plainer fabrics.

It is a cotton jacquard woven in India, 135 centimetres wide, and comes in three colourways. Dry cleaning is recommended. The woven structure and cotton composition make it suitable for upholstery—chairs, sofas, ottomans in regular domestic use—as well as cushions, where the chevron texture adds depth without pattern fatigue.
