Dandridge Damask is a tonal floral woven as a damask, the design based on a gown worn by Martha Washington. The pattern is mid-scale and the weave—cotton, linen and silk—gives the cloth a textural depth, the interplay of fibres catching light across the surface. At an 87-centimetre vertical repeat and 140 centimetres horizontally, the design is generous and best seen on larger pieces.
Woven in Italy from linen, silk and cotton, it is 140 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits cushions and upholstery, and is available in several colourways.
