Schumacher | Darius Velvet Stripe

Darius Velvet Stripe combines a stripe with a Greek key motif in a cotton épinglé velvet, the pattern built from both looped and cut pile so the surface shifts between matte and reflective as the light moves across it. The construction gives the cloth considerable physical texture and a dense, upholstered hand.

Woven in Belgium, predominantly of cotton with polyester, it is 137 centimetres wide with a 4-centimetre vertical repeat and a 10-centimetre horizontal. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is an upholstery-weight fabric suited to cushions and upholstered furniture, where the pile and weight of the cloth perform well under use.
