Schumacher | Darya Ikat Sidewall

Darya Ikat Sidewall fuses the blurred, dye-bled edges of traditional ikat with the vertical structure of a stripe, creating a pattern that reads as both global and graphic. Designed by Martyn Lawrence Bullard, it brings the handwoven character of ikat cloth to the wall in a printed form, the softened edges and irregular colour breaks giving movement and warmth to what might otherwise be a rigid repeat.

Made in the United States, it is 130 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 39 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 65 centimetres, sold by the metre from 7.312-metre rolls. Spongeable for care, it is intended as a wallcovering and also available as a warp-printed ikat fabric, offered in three colourways for interiors where pattern with a woven, artisan quality is preferred.
