Schumacher | Dima

Dima is a jacquard woven with yarns of varying widths, so the surface has a pronounced slub and an irregular, handwoven character. The texture is tactile and three-dimensional, the cloth reading as quietly active rather than flat, and the weave structure gives it body and resilience.

Woven in Italy from linen and viscose, it is 137 centimetres wide. It suits upholstery and cushions where a sturdy, textured cloth is wanted, and the natural variation in the weave brings depth to plain schemes without pattern.
