Elio Flamestitch is a cotton-linen lampas in which the classic zigzag motif undulates across the cloth in richly coloured bands. The weave gives the surface a raised, dimensional quality, so the pattern reads with both graphic clarity and textile depth rather than as a flat repeat.
Woven in Italy from three-quarters cotton and a quarter linen, it is 140 centimetres wide with a 29-centimetre vertical repeat and a 17-centimetre horizontal. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits upholstery and cushions, and is offered in several colourways.
