Eloise Embroidery stitches climbing fern fronds onto a lightweight linen ground, forming a delicate botanical stripe at a medium scale. The embroidery is simple and the pattern open, so the cloth filters light while adding a layer of detail. The design has the restraint of a line drawing, botanical without being busy.
Embroidered in India on a ground of 90% linen and 10% spun polyester, it is 132 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 20 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 33 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is available in three colourways and suits curtains and blinds, where its light-filtering quality is most useful, as well as cushions and upholstery.
