Empress Performance Velvet is a plain velvet engineered for practicality without sacrificing hand or drape. Water-repellent and robust, the cloth remains supple rather than stiff, so it behaves like a proper velvet in the room.
Woven in China from polyester, it is 145 centimetres wide and machine washable at 30°C. The fabric suits cushions and upholstery in daily use, and is available in seventeen colourways.
