Schumacher | Ezma Embroidery

Ezma Embroidery is a bohemian geometric in which every bead is sewn by hand onto a linen ground, creating a surface that is both artisanal and graphic. The pattern is bold and the beadwork gives it a three-dimensional, almost sculptural quality that catches light and adds movement.

Made in India from one hundred per cent linen, it is 130 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 79 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 65 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, where the hand-sewn beadwork brings texture and a sense of craft to the piece.
