Schumacher | Fez Trim

Fez Trim is an embroidered tape inspired by the complex geometries of Moroccan decorative arts and architecture, designed by London-based textile designer Victoria Bain after a trip to Marrakesh. The intricate multicoloured embroidery sits on a linen-cotton ground with a subtle strié effect, the pattern adding rhythm and dimension without crowding the eye. The 10‑centimetre width and 2‑centimetre vertical repeat give the design both presence and continuity.

Made in India from linen and cotton, it is 10 centimetres wide with a 2‑centimetre vertical repeat and a 10‑centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstery, and works particularly well as an edging on the leading edge of curtain panels.
