Fish Scales is a nautical motif drawn by hand and screen-printed onto cotton sailcloth, the small-scale all-over pattern repeating at 76 centimetres vertically and 24 centimetres horizontally. The sailcloth ground gives the fabric body and a slightly textured surface that takes the hand-printed design without stiffness.
Screen-printed by hand in the United States on 100 per cent cotton sailcloth, it is 131 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 76 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 24 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. The fabric suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in four colourways.
