Schumacher | Fleurs de Touraine

Fleurs de Touraine is a large-scale printed floral on a linen-cotton ground, its blooms and foliage rendered with the detail and density of a formal botanical document. The pattern has the weight and presence of a historical archive piece, the kind of cloth that anchors a room rather than recedes into it.

Woven in France from a blend of linen and cotton, it is 147 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 130 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 74 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. The scale and construction suit cushions and upholstery, where the pattern can be appreciated at close range.
