Schumacher | Fontana

Fontana is a large-scale hourglass stripe screen-printed on a flat paper ground, the rhythm of the repeat giving the geometry movement and a lively, abstract character. At this scale the stripe becomes graphic architecture, confident enough to wrap a room or anchor a single wall.

Screen-printed in the United Kingdom, it is 69 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 34 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 23 centimetres. Sold by the roll at just over four metres, it is washable and suited to wallcovering.
