Schumacher | Freshie Fresh

Freshie Fresh, created in collaboration with fashion designer Johnson Hartig, is a mid-scale pattern of plump strawberries stitched onto a cotton-linen union cloth. The dimensional stitching gives the motifs a raised, tactile quality, so the design has presence without weight. The repeat sits at around 20 centimetres in both directions, making it legible on cushions and chair seats as well as larger pieces.

Woven in India from viscose, linen, cotton and spun polyester, the fabric is 130 centimetres wide with a 21-centimetre vertical and 20-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits light upholstery, cushions, curtains and blinds.
