Giverny takes its name and spirit from Claude Monet's garden in France, translating the loose, layered brushwork of impressionist painting into a medium-scale floral. Screen-printed by hand with transparent inks, the design has a painterly depth, colours overlapping and shifting as they might in a landscape seen through changing light. The rhythm is open and unstructured, more atmospheric than botanical.
Printed in the United States on 100 per cent cotton, it is 137 centimetres wide with an 88-centimetre vertical repeat and 69-centimetre horizontal. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and is available in three colourways.
