Schumacher | Grapes Hand Block Print

Grapes Hand Block Print sets a repeating motif of stylised fruit across a linen ground, each impression applied by hand so the registration and ink density vary slightly from one to the next. Artist Caroline Z Hurley drew on memories of her grandfather's fruit business when creating the design, and the result has a playful, artisanal frankness.

Printed in India onto 100 per cent linen, the fabric is 142 centimetres wide with a 61-centimetre vertical repeat and 44-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery.
