Grunda Épinglé is a small-scale check woven in four interwoven colours that create subtle geometric depth, reading as quietly unassuming from a distance but revealing layered complexity up close. The épinglé weave—a durable, textured loop pile—gives the cotton fabric both softness and longevity, with a 6-centimetre vertical and 1-centimetre horizontal repeat.
Designed by Stephanie Seal Brown and woven in Belgium, the cloth is 136 centimetres wide, chiefly cotton with a small amount of polyester, and well suited for cushions and upholstery. It comes in four colourways.
