Helena Linen Cotton Tape is inspired by West African tribal motifs, woven on a traditional loom from hand-dyed yarns. An intricate dobby pattern is embroidered in coarse cotton on a fine linen ground with a subtle strié, a pop of colour along the selvedge adding a further layer of detail. The artisanal construction introduces texture and a handmade quality.
Made in India from linen and cotton, it is three centimetres wide with a three-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, cushions and upholstery, where it adds interest and texture to edges.
