Hemlock Stripe is a medium-scale twill-woven stripe in a wool blend, the tonal bands giving it a handsome, understated rhythm that works as a foil to pattern or on its own. The stripe has enough presence to anchor a scheme but enough restraint to sit comfortably alongside other designs. The wool content gives it body and a natural handle, and the 19-centimetre horizontal repeat keeps the pattern legible without becoming dominant.
Woven in Italy from 70 per cent wool, 25 per cent polyester and 5 per cent polyamide, it is 150 centimetres wide and recommended for dry cleaning. It suits cushions and upholstery, and is available in several colourways.
