Schumacher | Heraldic Trim

Heraldic Trim is a scalloped cotton and linen tape in which each scallop carries a different embroidered motif, so the trim reads as a sequence of small, varied incidents rather than a regular repeat. The design is quilted with a dense fringe along one edge and worked with running accent stitches that add both texture and definition. It brings detail and a handmade quality to edges and seams.

Made in India from cotton, linen and polyester, it is 8 centimetres wide. The trim can be washed cold and suits upholstery, curtains and cushions where a decorative, articulated edge is wanted.
