Hix is an embroidered and quilted fabric that reinterprets lattice and chainlink motifs in the graphic spirit of David Hicks. The pattern is worked across a quilted ground, so the surface has dimension and a padded hand, and the repeat measures sixteen by eleven centimetres.
Made in India from cotton, spun viscose and spun polyester with a polywadding layer, it is 128 centimetres wide. The quilted construction and embroidered detail suit upholstery and cushions where texture and pattern are both wanted. Dry cleaning is recommended, and the design is offered in five colourways.
