Schumacher | Hix Embroidered Jute

Hix Embroidered Jute lays a diamond trellis onto a ground of natural jute, the pattern worked in thread so it sits proud of the surface. The texture of the jute shows through, and subtle variations in colour and weave are part of the material's character. The repeat is small enough to read as an overall texture rather than a distinct motif.

Made in India, it is 71 centimetres wide with a 13-centimetre vertical repeat and a 10-centimetre horizontal repeat, sold by the metre from rolls of just over seven metres. Care is by vacuum with a soft brush. One colourway is available.
