Hollywood Grape is a large-scale flowering vine that climbs in geometric order across a shimmering metallic ground. Neisha Crosland drew on a nineteenth-century Kashmir shawl and the articulated bends of drainpipes to create the pattern, which reads as both botanical and architectural, the fruit and foliage given structure by the underlying geometry.
Surface printed in the United Kingdom on an aluminium ground, it is 52 centimetres wide with a 61-centimetre vertical repeat and a 52-centimetre horizontal repeat. Rolls are 5.027 metres long and the surface is washable.
