Holmul Hand Woven is a multicoloured stripe handwoven in Guatemala using a centuries-old treadle-loom technique, the irregularities of the process giving the cloth warmth and character that machine weaving cannot replicate. The design is dazzling in its colour but grounded by the artisanal method.
Made from 100 per cent cotton, it is 108 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 54 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 7 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits cushions and upholstery, and is ethically handwoven.
