Hugo Floral shows silhouettes of vases filled with flowers printed onto a slubbed linen-jute ground, the images soft-edged and overlapping as though seen through gauze. The natural texture of the cloth and the watercolour quality of the print give the design a relaxed, painterly character, and the repeat is generous enough to let the motifs float freely.
Printed in Italy on a blend of jute and linen, it is 139 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 97 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 69 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery.
