Hutton Hand Woven Check is a large-scale plaid woven by hand from hand-dyed cotton and jute yarns, with embroidered details worked into the cloth. The mix of fibres and the irregularity of the hand process give the check a textured, dimensional quality that reads as craft rather than geometry.
Made in India, it is 136 centimetres wide with a repeat of 29 by 34 centimetres. The cloth is substantial enough for upholstery—sofas, chairs, ottomans—and also suits curtains, blinds and cushions. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is available in three colourways.
