Hydrangea Drape arranges full-blown hydrangea blossoms into a floral stripe framed by an ornate border, a design that first appeared in the 1939 film Gone with the Wind. Part of the Hobe Erwin collection, based on the set designer's original work, the pattern in fawn has a cottony softness and a sense of generous scale.
Printed in the United States, it is 69 centimetres wide with a 26-centimetre vertical repeat and a horizontal repeat across the width. Sold by the roll of 4.113 metres, it is washable and suited to walls where a historical floral stripe is appropriate.
