Imogen is a plaid woven in linen, the warp and weft crossing in an eight-centimetre check that reads as classic country-house cloth. The natural variation in linen—slight shifts in tone, the occasional slub—means no two lengths are identical, and the cloth softens and relaxes with age.
Woven in India from linen, it is 135 centimetres wide with an eight-centimetre vertical and horizontal repeat. It suits curtains, blinds, cushions and upholstery, and dry cleaning is recommended. The design is available in several colourways.
