In Dreams Velvet presents a stylised cloud pattern inspired by a chinoiserie document, printed onto a lustrous velvet ground. The design is colourful and medium in scale, with forms that read as both decorative and abstracted, and the pile adds depth and a shifting surface as light moves across it.
Printed in Italy on a blend of cotton, viscose and polyester, it is 135 centimetres wide with a 66-centimetre vertical repeat and a 67-centimetre horizontal repeat. Dry cleaning is recommended. It suits upholstery and cushions, and the design is also available as a wallpaper.
