Ines Paisley takes a vintage stripe and layers it with intricate paisleys and delicate floral motifs, creating a richly detailed medium-scale design that reads as both structured and decorative. The pattern has a charming, collected quality, as though discovered rather than contrived, and the interplay of stripe and ornament gives it movement without fuss.

Screen-printed in India on a cotton ground 132 centimetres wide, with a 13-centimetre vertical repeat, it is offered in several colourways. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits upholstered pieces and cushions, and there is a coordinating tape available for edging or trim.
