Schumacher | Jacobean Garden Velvet

Jacobean Garden Velvet takes its cue from traditional crewelwork embroidery, translating twisting floral vines and rolling hills into a large-scale pattern rendered in loop and pile construction. The technique gives the cloth dimension and a dry, almost papery hand, the pile catching light differently across the design so the pattern shifts as you move around it.

Woven in the United States from ninety-three per cent cotton and seven per cent polyester, it is 127 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 98 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 66 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended. The substantial weight and construction make it suitable for upholstery and cushions.
