Kaia Paisley is a small-scale pattern drawn from traditional Indian motifs, created as original studio artwork and printed to mimic the soft tonality and slight irregularity of a handmade block print. The paisley sits within a modest repeat, so it reads as texture from a distance and reveals its detail only on closer inspection.
Made in the United States, it is 69 centimetres wide with an eight-centimetre vertical repeat and an eleven-centimetre horizontal repeat, sold by the roll at just over four metres. The paper is washable and suited to wallcovering where a small, repeating pattern is wanted. It is also available as a fabric.
