Schumacher | Kalahari

Kalahari is a batik-like wave pattern printed on a jacquard-woven ground, the graphic appeal of the design recalling zebra stripes without literal imitation. The vertical repeat is 79 centimetres, the horizontal 69 centimetres, a scale that gives the pattern presence in a room.

Woven and printed in Italy from 55% linen and 45% cotton, it is 140 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, upholstery and cushions where the graphic pattern and natural fibres can be seen to advantage.
