Karla Fleeced Wool has a soft, slightly downy surface that reads as warmth and substance at once, the fleece finish giving it a hand closer to cashmere than most upholstery wools. The cloth is woven from wool and virgin wool—fibre from a lamb's first shearing—with a small addition of cashmere, and the result is a textile you notice by touch as much as by sight. Woven in Italy from wool and cashmere, it is 150 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The weight and finish suit upholstery on sofas and chairs in regular use, as well as cushions where the tactile quality can be appreciated.
