Katama Pillow is a deceptively simple linear block pattern designed by the artist Caroline Z Hurley in her Brooklyn studio, the design revealing the movement of the brush across each stripe. Printed on linen, it has a directness that suits both graphic and softer schemes, the hand of the artist still visible in the finished cloth.
Made in Italy from linen, the cushion is finished with a knife edge, feather and down pad, and concealed zip. Dry cleaning is recommended. It is available in several colourways and suits both contemporary and traditional settings where a touch of the hand‑drawn is wanted.
