Khantau Tree is a printed linen that reinterprets a 1930s crewelwork design from the Schumacher archive as an Art Deco tree of life. The pattern is bold and colourful, with a vertical repeat of 114 centimetres and a horizontal repeat that runs the full width of the cloth, so it suits large-scale applications where the design can be seen whole.
Printed in Thailand on pure linen, it is 137 centimetres wide. Dry cleaning is recommended. The cloth suits curtains, blinds, upholstery and cushions, and is available in three colourways.
