Khilana Floral is a large-scale stylised floral inspired by traditional Indian motifs, printed to resemble a hand-block print. The pattern has a simple, graphic clarity, the flowers and leaves arranged in a vertical repeat that gives the design a rhythmic, almost architectural quality. The nuanced printing technique captures the irregularities and layered colour of the original craft.
Printed in the United Kingdom on a linen and cotton ground, it is 137 centimetres wide with a vertical repeat of 78 centimetres and a horizontal repeat of 17 centimetres. Dry cleaning is recommended.
